Welcome to InnerVitality, Dr. Jasmina and I are thrilled to have you onboard, and can't wait to get started on this journey with you. Over the next 8 weeks, we'll explore the key pillars of your health and gain unique insights into your body and understand what's been holding you back.
We kick off on Monday, May 20 so please use this time to get to get prepared and get to know your fellow program members.

Member Community

Jump into the member community, make sure your profile and avatar are updated, and introduce yourself to your fellow members. Being part of this supportive community can play a significant role in successfully implementing positive changes. Plus, your unique experiences might offer valuable insights that can inspire and assist others on their wellness journey. Even if this is not your usual style, I urge you to give it a go. Supporting others, and asking for help can really drive up feelings of connection, engagement and learning. 

Before the Program Begins

Use the time before the program begins to complete your pre-program activities.

By taking the time to set yourself up before the start date, you're laying a solid foundation for the upcoming program. This ensures that you have everything you need to get the most out of the program, setting yourself up for success in the weeks ahead.

Key Program Milestones

Wednesday April 30: Signups for Inner Vitality Open
Wednesday April 30 - Sunday May 19: We are in the Pre-Program Phase. Signups remain open and members are onboarding. 
Pre Program Tasks: Update your profile, Introduce yourself in the community, visit resources, go through pre-program modules.
Blood test pathology forms will be sent to you within 38 hours of signing up. Complete your blood test before Monday May 20 to have it ready for the first webinar.
Monday May 20: Inner Vitality Officially Begins! Blood test results released. Members will get access to their app and be able to view their 50 biomarker results.
Wednesday May 22  8.00pm AEST/11.00am BST: Group Online Live workshop with Dr Jasmina and Amelia to go over our results and what they mean. 
Thursday Jun 13 8.00pm AEST/11.00am BST: Group Online Live workshop with Dr Jasmina and Amelia- Midway Checkpoint
Thursday Jul 11 8.00pm AEST/11.00am BST: Group Online Live workshop with Dr Jasmina and Amelia- Designing your Future
Sunday July 14: Inner Vitality 8 Week Program concludes. 

Pre Program Activities

These pre program activities are designed to get you in the right mindset and help you hit the ground running when the program officially starts. Think of them as little explorations that will set the stage for your success. 

Blood testing

Prior to the program kicking off on May 20, you will need to have your bloods taken. Don't worry, you'll have plenty of time to get it done and and we will send you really clear instructions with everything you need (there is no extra cost for this). Your pathology form will be sent to you with clear instructions on within 48hrs of signing up. Try and get it done promptly so that you can have it ready for the first live webinar on Wednesday May22.

Your blood will be taken by a collection centre near you, similar to the pathology labs your doctor sends you to - We'll send you a locator you can use to identify the closest one to you. We will send you your personalised pathology form which has all your details, as well the tests that need to be done. So there's nothing to do yet, until we send you the testing email, hang tight.

Biomarkers are measurable substances in your blood that offer valuable insights into your body's functions and overall health and tell us what is happening at a cellular level.

By analysing your blood biomarkers, we gain insights into your body's unique chemistry and functioning. This enables us to pinpoint the individual factors that are influencing your overall wellbeing.

For instance, we can detect signs of inflammation, hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, or other underlying health concerns that may be apparent from regular check-ups.

DR JASMINA DEDIC-HAGAN

Dr. Jasmina Dedic-Hagan is a highly qualified Specialist GP, Functional Medicine Doctor, and Lifestyle Medicine Board Certified professional.

With a wide range of expertise, she focuses on gut health, autoimmune diseases, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause/menopause, metabolic issues, cardiovascular disease, and sports nutrition.

Dr. Jasmina's passion for preventive health sets her apart. She believes in unlocking and understanding each individual's unique biochemistry, empowering them to take charge of their health proactively for improved outcomes and a better quality of life.
